Dr. Russell received  training and was awarded the military occupational specialty of oral surgeon. He was deployed for a year to the combat zone and served with distinction as the sole Oral Surgeon for a 16 dentist KJ Team. Following his return to the US he was appointed to the faculty of the Army General Practice Residency Program.

In the intervening time Dr. Russell has been the perennial participant in dental continuing education programs such as mini-residencies in Aesthetic Dentistry and Complex Oral Rehabilitation.

We have built a foundation of trust by welcoming  our patients as individuals. Some patients may feel nervous and uneasy about their dental visits. We strive to provide every patient with the particular personal support they require.

We focus on thorough exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, Water Piking, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease.

A review of your updated medical history informs us of your overall health, and any illnesses that can impact how we care for your dental needs. 

Emergency Exam and Palliative Treatment
According to the Surgeon General of the United States every year almost 200 million work hours are lost in the U.S. due to dental conditions. Our goal is to limit this time through regular check-ups and maintenance.
However, emergencies do happen. We understand this and do everything in our power to take care of them quickly and conveniently.
